Appetizers And Snacks - Jalapeno Jelly
This recipe came from the Black Lakes in Canada. It is the best that I have ever tasted, and very easy to make.
Side Dish - Grandmas Heavenly Onions
Sweet onions sauteed in butter, topped with Swiss cheese and Italian bread, and then smothered in a creamy mushroom soup and soy sauce mixture. This dish needs to be refrigerated over night and then baked.

Salad - Sweet And Sour Pickled Beets
These are quick and easy to make. You'll want to snack on them right out of the jar. They're much more flavorful than those bland sliced beets you see on salad bars.
Soups Stews And Chili - Sausage Kale And White Bean Soup
A comforting bean soup with spicy sausage and leafy kale. Easy to put together and delicious on a cold winter's day. You can substitute other sausage, onion instead of shallots, and other greens for the kale, and it will still be tasty!

Breakfast And Brunch - Banana Zucchini Bread
This moist and delicious breakfast bread is a blend of two all-time favorites. The flavors of banana and zucchini intensify when the bread is cooled. Serve this walnut and cranberry studded bread with sweet cream butter or your favorite jam.
